Mission

We are excited to announce our expressive arts project:

Under the leadership of Dr. Michi Fu and Thomas Moore, The I-MERIT Unity conference will kick off an interactive flower quilt which will symbolize the losses of lives due to gun violence as well as hope, transformation, and courage for the future. After the conference, Alliant International University community members will be invited to continue to contribute to this interactive art project. Eventually, the quilted flowers project will be proudly displayed to serve as a reminder of how the duality of loss and grief can be transformed into hope and courage.
